FOOD FOR THOUGHT

The foods we put into our body are choices we make to not only satisfy hunger, but to improve ourselves physically, mentally, and even spiritually. When we eat healthier and more in line with our needs, our bodies react less to allergens and we feel better.

Whether you are in the corporate world, chasing around toddlers, or studying for your master’s degree, we all lead busy, chaotic lives. Because of this, our bodies suffer from our “quick fixes” to hunger. Often, it looks like a doughnut at the office for your mid-afternoon sugar crash or the nearest drive-through for dinner because you really just “can’t" tonight.
At Savory, we craft heat-and-eat delicious meals that  include grass-fed and grass-finished beef, pastured pork, lamb and turkey and antibiotic and hormone-free poultry and eggs. The produce is organic, GMO-free, and locally sourced when available. We use high quality, natural ingredients to provide you with nutritious meals.

We get it, we've been there; so we made it simple!

How Savory's Healthy-Meal Program Works

We will begin offering the meals four days a week, Tuesday-Friday, which will allow Savory to continue servicing our current customer's needs.  In the future we intend to expand the meal program, which would include additional days, selection options, ordering online, possible kid's meals and delivery.​
There are three meals prepared for each day, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
The cost of all twelve meals for the 4 day period will be $120.
Pick up will be Monday afternoon from 3-6 p.m.


The meals are packaged individually in microwavable containers for added convenience.

Each individual meal will be labeled with an expiration date, calorie count and other pertinent nutritional information that is available to us.    

Grayson Hull, BS in Nutrition and Dietetics (May 2019-Harding University)  is on staff to provide nutritional and dietary information for our healthy meal program.
